The JDB series equipment is a single-stage multi-layer homogeneous emulsion pump, with 3-5 layers of toothed discs on both the rotor and stator. The tooth to tooth clearance on the disc is from inside to outside, and the material enters the pump chamber for layer by layer crushing, grinding, fine dispersion, and homogeneous emulsification. This series of equipment is a high-performance product that integrates crushing, dispersing, mixing, fine homogenization, and emulsion transportation. Compared with the HEP series homogeneous emulsion pump, the JDB homogeneous emulsion pump has better grinding effect on granular materials.
